In my closet, I own a few leather jackets, and I believe that everyone should have a piece or two in their wardrobe. From black to tan to red, leather jackets are staple items that could remain in your wardrobe from a lifetime.
There are different styles of leather jackets such as the biker, bomber, racer, top-stitching, the fencing, the scuba, and the flight.
The jacket in this look is a red biker jacket that I am in love with and love to throw on with any neutral or solid black, gray, white or stripe color outfit or even jeans.
In this look, I paired a distressed (ripped) denim light wash skirt from Oneteaspoon.com with a gray choker long sleeve top from Littlelace.co. I topped it with my red biker jacket, which I purchase from Zara last season and my black Velcro booties from a few seasons ago by Gucci.
The denim skirt is pencil length and 100%, which means there is no stretch and this brand typically runs true to size. The gray crop choker top had both polyester and cotton, and towards the back, it has a silver zipper.
The accessory pieces that I chose was my red embedded gold hardware bag by YSL and an old pair of gunmetal rhinestone teardrop hoops for Bebe.com.
For a similar look, the biker jacket comes in other seasonal colors at Zara.com, and the skirt also comes in seasonal shades of denim on Oneteaspoon.com. However, for inexpensive pieces like what I am wearing, my best suggestion is to shop around and surf the web.
